| Hard to say what would work better in practice - taller (12x3.5) vs. thicker (9.4x4.5). It seemed to me it would be tough to get more air "up" there and across the massive face than it would be to get more air through the smaller face but thicker core (that still lines up with the fog duct perfectly). Also, people have commented that the greddy IC's actually flow best and I thought that may have been due to the thickness and the resulting endtank design, which is another reason I wanted a thicker core(flow). My thoughts were that the turbo outlet is only 2" and using a 2.25" pipe would be ideal on the outlet as you could more gradually step into the expansion to the IC core and then the 2.5" piping to the throttle bodies. You can see from the picture of your product quapo posted above how one could easily be confused into thinking your IC's are wider instead of taller. What both you and ash need to do is include fiberglass or sheetmetal intercooler ducts that will utilize the fog lamp opening with your kits so people can more easily take full advantage of all that core face area. I'll bet in then end both core sizes will end up working really well. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions!
